Immersive Butler Wash Cedar Mesa

VR 360 Getaway

This fun trail that is just off the 95, but I either fortunately or unfortunately came at it from the Posey Trail .  Here is a map.
At this point, I am not quite sure if Google Maps lead me to the wrong trail head, or if I mistakenly typed in Cedar Mesa instead.  It was actually quite a fun way to come at this from above, but there was no real trail, and I was glad I had my GAIA maps.  I just knew the location of Butler Wash on Google Maps, and turned on my recording on Gaia maps to keep track on my trail so I could follow it back out.  I have used this often on trails, and it is such a great method to insure that you can safely get back to your car.
Here is my trail.  I forgot to turn it off when we got to the car, so it continues onto the beautiful viewpoint and the end of the road.

Like most Native American dwelling ruins in this area, the ruins are crazy high on the cliff walls in overhand coves in the cliff wall with water sources below.   Not sure why they located in these crazy precarious locations, but my guess if that it offered great views of animales coming to get food.  It also gave them options for farming, and it offered great way to hide from others.

You can transport yourself here virtually if you grab a VR Headset and search "ShaunasAdventures" on OculusTV or YouTubeVR.  You can also use my Oculus Portfolio Link.

Pictures above and below are of a cool Natural Bridge that is over what is a Waterfall during the rain.   Beautiful arch, and it is so fun that you can walk right over it!

I really have enjoyed my Oculus VR Headset.  I love the being transported all over the world each morning to excercise using the Supernatural game, and I love being able to be transported back to places I loved and enjoyed using Oculus TV.  It is really is so very fun and enjoyable.  If you are thinking about getting an Oculus, just DO IT.  They are so much fun, and they really are not that expensive for the amount of fun you will enjoy from it.  I have enjoyed hundreds of hours playing with friends online and keeping mentally and physically healthy.  Click on the links below and start being transported to amazing places today!

2D Trailer for Immersive Nature Experience at Periodic Springs and Snake River

Palisades, Periodic Springs, and Snake River are a beautiful combo if you are thinking about heading to Wyoming for the cooler weather. So many other events you can add to it, like horseback riding, or Jackson hole, or the Tetons.

If you don't have a VR Headset, they are so much fun.  I have enjoyed mine often to excercise when I can't hit a trail outdoors, and to virtually travel the world. It is so wonderful for my physical and mental health.  Here are links to some great VR Headsets.  Definitely worth it!

For the Virtual Reality Experience, I love to open a bottle of Cypress, get a nice breeze blowing on me, curl up in a comfy chair, and transport myself here or any of the other fun Nature Experience in my Oculus Portfolio.  It is a wonderful postive boost from Nature Therapy that helps fight depression and help you feel happier. Try it out.
