Willis Creek Slot Canyon and Waterfall Hike Favorite Slot Canyon Hikes In Utah 1. WILLIS CREEK NARROWS SLOT CANYON 4.75 hours South of SLC - 1 hour min South of Bryce Canyon Not Overcrowded Great for ALL Ages Love that there is a small trickle of water that makes it interesting, but not enough that you have to get your feet wet. 5 miles round trip About 800 feet elevation Easy Hike - Level 1 This is a definite favorite of mine. I love that there are the grand extremely tall walls, yet it is just wide enough for even the young to have success with photographs here. I like that it is not very crowded. I loved the entertainment the small creek made for the hike. It was not enough that you had to get wet, it was easy to avoid, but it was enough of a element that it made the hike interesting, and I was to the end before it even felt like I had been hiking that long. Rock Canyon Cave, Provo Utah 360 Adventure Rock Canyon Provo and Rock Canyon Cave VIDEO INSIDE ROCK CANYON CAVE. . Rock Canyon is a canyon with crazy jagged cliffs and might not give the greatest first impression, but it is similar to many people in this way. This canyon is a treasure for those who chose to give it a chance. For those that give it a chance they find that the climbing, rappelling, hiking, biking, and other things it has to offer push them become stronger and a better version of themselves. I hope you can see the similarity in how giving people who don’t draw you in with their first impression might be a huge blessing in your life. It sure has been in mine. My favorite treasure here in the canyon is the cave. There are 2 other spots people think are the cave, but they are not, and I would be happy to share with you the real cave. Nice safe cave. Not too deep, just don’t try and go places that are blocked off, and make sure you have a great headlamp. Amazin

Three Falls Trail Alpine Utah

3 Falls Trail Alpine Utah Today I went up to one of my favorite waterfalls, but the parking lot was packed so I ran away. I really am still trying to avoid crowds. I decided to try and find this waterfall that has stumped me for awhile. This is a funny location, for they are building new mansions here, and they really DON'T want you anywhere near this whole area, or discovering this hike. They have signs everywhere for No Hikers allowed, No Walkers allowed. It is crazy, and it made me a little frustrated for I was having such trouble finding info on this hike. It felt like they were blocking any access to it because they were rich. Well I finally found the answer, and there is a new parking lot that is quite a distance from the waterfalls and you have to walk probably 2 miles to the first waterfall, when they are literally right off the road, but at least they gave me access. On the positive, the walk up the 2 miles to the waterfalls is beautiful with so many lovely wildflow

Wire Pass Teepee Formations Wire Pass Tee Pees Utah Rock Staircase Pass Wave Trail in 360 Degrees We stumbled upon this delightful area by accident. Our destination was White Pocket, but we were momentarily scared away and told it was too dangerous. We decided to try Wire Pass, but with my hubby trying to mend a broken heal bone, we decided to not attempt the 8 foot drop. Click here to see the Wire Pass Hike for as far as we got. Catstair Canyon Paria Utah Stacked Cars to Make Freeway in 360 Degrees

PARIA UTAH STACKED CARS USED TO MAKE FREEWAY IN SLOT CANYON Just past the House Rock Valley Road along highway 89, there is a cool slot canyon that they used cars from the 1960's to fill in the gap in the highway. They stacked the cars, then covered it with dirt, then built the highway on top. If you look at the Google Earth image below, you can see the cars sticking out on the side of the road. Such a funny yet clever thing to do. You can't say people from Utah are not resourceful. Cutler Reservoir Culter Reservoir Kayaking and Fishing Information for Cutler Reservoir: Cutler Reservoir is 1.5 hours North of SLC and 20 min west of Logan, Utah Cutler Reservoir has a Remote Control airfield very close that if you enjoy watching people fly some fun remote Control Airplanes, this is a gorgeous spot to hang out for a few hours. Stay clear of the bridge on the North side, for the closer you get to the bridge, the stronger the current gets. There is a cute colorful barn across from the boat ramp that is delightful to paddle to. There are restrooms at the boat ramp parking lot. The reflections in the lake, and the beautiful mountains surrounding the lake made this lake have gorgeous views.
